Whether the vehicle is parked or moving, the system automatically displays its current state and the duration of the stop. The map refreshes every 30 seconds—or immediately whenever the vehicle turns 15 degrees or more—ensuring continuous, true live tracking without any manual interaction.

How to Use Locate Live

‍

1. Log in to your Inquest Wireless platform.
2. Navigate to GPS Devices in the menu.
3. Search for the device you’d like to locate — by name, VIN, or stock number.
4. Select the device from the list on the left-hand column.
5. Click the blue “Locate” button at the top of the page (a circular icon with a pin drop).
6. A live tracking screen will load instantly, displaying current data and movement in real time.
